Jennifer is a Memphis-area native. She has worked professionally in urban agriculture since 2016, including small-scale flower and vegetable production and whole farm management. 

Jennifer is a member of Xerces' pollinator and agricultural biodiversity program as a pollinator conservation specialist and NRCS partner biologist serving urban and small-scale farms in and around Memphis, Tennessee. Through this work, she provides technical assistance, planning, and education on incorporating pollinator and other beneficial invertebrate habitat in urban agricultural areas, small farms, and community gardens. Her work supports NRCS staff and conservation programs through the USDA Farm Bill and the USDA's People's Garden Initiative.
