Ciera is based in Dresden, Tennessee, working as a Pollinator Conservation Specialist to support urban and small-scale farms as a partner biologist with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). Previously she spent more than eight years with Quail Forever in multiple conservation roles across Tennessee and Arkansas such as the WLFW East Region Pollinator Coordinator, and as a Senior Farm Bill Biologist. Ciera earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master of Science degree from Mississippi State University. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring to find native plants, road-tripping, kayaking, and tinkering with antique tractors and classic trucks with her husband.
